Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital provides inpatient, outpatient and emergency room services. Visitors are welcome at any time, but to be respectful of all patients in their time of healing the hours between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. are considered "quiet time" and visitors must behave accordingly.
Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital is a tobacco-free campus. This includes areas inside and outside the hospital including parking logs and medical office buildings.
All patients and visitors will enter the hospital through the east entrance, located at the emergency room. Valet parking is offered at this entrance and there is free parking on surface lots.
Concierge team members can help patients and caregivers navigate the hospital and medical campus. There are two concierge desks on the main level of the hospital — at the east entrance, located at the emergency room and in the lobby near the café. If you need further assistance, call 314.996.8000 to speak with a hospital operator.
