We are happy to provide our BJWCH Move Team with t-shirts to wear during the move into the new hospital. Each member of the Move Team will receive two shirts, designed with the twin pines theme featured in the new hospital.
Please complete the form by September 16 to get the size you want. If you do not complete the form by the requested date, we cannot guarantee you will receive the size you prefer.
Shirts will be distributed in early to mid-October.
