Sleep Center - Sleep Disorders Quiz

Do You Have a Sleep Disorder?

These short quizzes take just five minutes or less, but they will help you decide if you need to take action to get a better night's rest.

Take a Sleep Quiz to Determine If You're Getting Adequate Sleep

The Epworth Sleepiness Scale is used to determine the level of daytime sleepiness. A score of 10 or more is considered sleepy. A score of 18 or more is very sleepy. If you score 10 or more on this test, you should consider whether you are obtaining adequate sleep, need to improve your sleep hygiene and/or need to see a sleep specialist. These issues should be discussed with your personal physician. Click here to take the quiz.

Take a Sleep Quiz to Determine If You're At Risk for Sleep Apnea

Sleep apnea (snoring with pauses in breathing) can cause fatigue and sleepiness, as well as put you at risk for other serious health problems. Lack of sleep can place you at a greater risk for auto accidents, heart attacks, strokes, high blood pressure, abnormal heart rhythms and depression.

For this risk assessment, you will need a tape measure to measure the size of your neck. On this assessment, if you answer yes to two or more of the five questions, you should talk to your doctor about your sleep or call us.  Click here to take the quiz.
