Dr. Halstead focuses his practice on the non-surgical treatment of sports related injuries of the upper and lower extremity in children and adults up to age 75. His special interests include nonoperative management of injuries, pediatric/adolescent concussion management, exertional compartment syndrome in the lower extremity, injuries and pain in runners and back pain in the adolescent athlete. Dr. Halstead is the assistant team physician for the St. Louis Rams. Recognized as a "Best Doctor in America" in the August 2011 issue of St. Louis Magazine.
