The BJC Center for Lifelong Learning
Staff has the opportunity to improve their leadership, personal
development and computer skills through a variety of classes
offered by the BJC Center for Lifelong Learning.
The BJC Center for Lifelong Learning also works with
partner organizations to help employees continue their
BJC employees can receive a high school degree
online through the University of Missouri high school.
The Bridge to a Bachelor’s program provides core foundational
classes needed to bridge into a degreed program. The
Pathway to College program offers BJC employees the
opportunity to enroll in basic college courses. A MBA
program is offered by Webster University for BJC employees,
as well as a master’s degree program in health informatics in
partnership with Southern Illinois University Edwardsville
