MSK Ultrasound

An MSK ultrasound offers patients a quick, pain-free, non-invasive procedure resulting in an accurate visualization of the tendon or joint structure for the physician.

MSK ultrasound is typically used to diagnose tendon tears, abnormalities of the muscles or fluid collections within muscles or joints. Patients previously excluded from an MRI procedure because of a pace maker or fragments within the body can benefit from an MSK ultrasound.
